Question 1) “Why are your diamonds so cheap?”

     Answer 1) Our price is so much lower than our competitors due to a number of factors. First we are a small business so we have very low overhead costs. Second we get our diamonds straight from the lab and send them to you no middle man raises pricing. The last and most important reason our prices are so low is because as part of our mission to bring high quality diamonds to the middle class then need to be affordable even if that means we make less profit. 

Question 2) “How long does it take to ship?” 
   
     Answer 2) That largely depends on the ring inquiry, if you purchase one of our premade templates arrival time is three weeks or less. If requesting a custom ring wait time increases based on complexity. 

Question 3) “Are lab grown diamonds real diamonds?” 

     Answer 3) Lab grown diamonds are chemically identical to naturally produced diamonds. Here at Drop of Eden we only use the finest quality carbon available to ensure 100% satisfaction or your money back

Question 4) “Do you offer diamond insurance?”

     Answer 4) At the moment we do not have the capability to provide diamond insurance. Insuring your ring can be easily done through various third party companies. We recommend doing this as most customers find their ring is appraised for much more then we charge.
